Animals have many amazing adaptions that allow us to survive in the natural world. Through biological mimicry, animals have inspired many human inventions.  During this camp, we will do projects that teach us about the amazing adaptations of animals.  One day 1, we will learn how the human eye works by exploring properties of light and making pinhole cameras. On day 2, we will explore the mechanics of bird flight by designing a bird kite. Finally, we will learn about muscle and bones by making our own mechanical arm.
